Every method has a status and a traceable source.
This registry indexes methodology documents only. It does not define V1 ontology, programme priority, Product Eligibility or canonical project state. V1 evidence authority is project/HABITABILITY_V1_EVIDENCE_ARCHITECTURE.md. Metric/source records remain evidence under their stated status and require V1 admission gates for broader product claims.
